A Bit About Us

Women's Advantage PT was founded in 2001, after our Director of PT, Dr. Jenni Gabelsberg, took her first course on treatment strategies for urinary incontinence. She was astounded that most of the therapists attending the course were in their 30's and 40's and were there to learn how to treat themselves! She had never realized that things like urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse could be a young woman's problem too. Having her own three children deepened her love for treating the pelvic health issues, and assisting women and men to learn to thrive again after life's transitions.

Women's Advantage PT started with it's focus on women's health issues, and then expanded to include evaluation and treatments for male pelvic floor dysfunction, gender affirming surgery recoveries, oncology rehab (urogyn, breast and prostate) as well as pediatric concerns bowel and bladder concerns.Currently we have clinics in Torrance, Long Beach and San Pedro, all open to in-person care, as well as telehealth options available for those who feel safer continuing to shelter at home.

We look forward to spending time with you discussing all things pelvic health!
